Tip Tracker (“App”) is licensed to you by Code With Chris (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s EULA controls for App Store distribution.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tip Tracker on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App except as allowed by law and these Terms.
What the App Does
The App is a personal earnings log for tips and related work details. It is not tax, accounting, payroll, or legal advice. You are responsible for records you keep and for how you use totals the App displays.
In-App Purchases
Some features require Tip Tracker Pro, offered as a subscription and/or lifetime unlock processed by Apple. Free trials, prices, and renewal terms are shown on the purchase sheet before you buy. Restore Purchases is available in the App. Apple’s payment terms apply. We do not store your payment card details.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

You can contact us in the App at Settings → Support & Feedback, or by email at care@codewithchris.com. Chat is provided by Crisp. If chat cannot start, try again later or email us.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that totals, insights, tip-out calculations, or backups are complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
