Photo Swipe (“App”) is licensed to you by Code With Chris (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s EULA controls for App Store distribution.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Photo Swipe on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App except as allowed by law and these Terms.
Photo Library Access
The App needs access to your photo library to help you review, organize, and delete photos. Analysis runs on your device. Deleting a photo uses Apple Photos and follows iOS confirmation and Recently Deleted behavior.
You are responsible for photos you delete. We are not liable for accidental deletion.
In-App Purchases
Some features require a one-time Pro unlock processed by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in Settings. Apple’s payment terms apply. We do not store your payment card details.

You can contact us in the App at Settings → Support & Feedback, or by email at care@codewithchris.com. Chat is provided by Crisp. If chat cannot start, Settings offers an email fallback.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that detection of similar, blurry, or grouped photos is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of photos, data, or device storage, arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
