These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the POTS Tracker mobile application (the “App”) provided by Code With Chris (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the App.
2. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.
As between you and Code With Chris, we are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, or warranty obligations for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the App in accordance with Apple’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
3. Description of the App
POTS Tracker helps you log stand tests, symptoms, intake, medications, and related health information, optionally using Apple Health data, and generate reports you may share with a healthcare provider.
The App is intended for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.
4. Medical Disclaimer
POTS Tracker is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The App provides tools to record and organize self-reported and device-derived measurements. It does not provide medical advice, and it does not replace professional medical judgment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition, symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or recorded in the App.
Stand test protocols, reference ranges, targets, and similar content in the App are provided for convenience and educational context only. Your clinician may recommend different targets or testing approaches.
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on information recorded in the App.
5. Free and Paid Features
POTS Tracker offers limited free functionality and additional paid features (“POTS Tracker Pro” or “Pro”).
Unless otherwise stated in the App or App Store listing at the time of purchase:
- You may complete one stand test for free, which remains accessible after completion
- Pro features may include unlimited stand tests, Apple Health auto-fill, PDF report generation, and additional logging and trend features
We may change free and paid feature availability over time, but we will not remove access to a stand test you already completed for free solely because you did not purchase Pro.
Feature descriptions in the App Store listing and within the App at the time of purchase control what is included in each offering.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
Pro features are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Available options may include, for example:
- A one-time lifetime purchase
- A recurring monthly subscription, which may include a free trial or introductory offer where eligible
Prices, trial length, and available packages are shown in the App and App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Billing through Apple
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.
Subscriptions and trials
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory offer is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable
Free trials and introductory offers are subject to eligibility rules determined by Apple.
Restore purchases
You may use the “Restore purchases” feature in the App to regain access to previously purchased Pro features on a device associated with the same Apple ID, subject to Apple’s and our entitlement systems.
7. Refunds
Refund requests for In-App Purchases must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or related services
- Misrepresent App output as a medical diagnosis or professional medical opinion
- Use the App in a way that could harm yourself or others
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
9. Health Data and Your Responsibilities
You control the information you enter into the App and any Apple Health permissions you grant.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information you enter manually
- Reviewing auto-filled Apple Health data before relying on it
- Securing your device
- Deciding whether and with whom to share exported reports or other App content
Because most App data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups if you want to preserve that data across device changes or app deletion.

10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Code With Chris or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may interact with third-party services, including:
- Apple Health — optional health data access controlled by you
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — purchases and subscriptions
- RevenueCat — purchase validation and entitlement management
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will always be preserved without loss.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code With Chris and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid for Pro features in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
- USD $50
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code With Chris from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Information you share from the App with third parties
15. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
16. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including medical disclaimers, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
